Christelle Kafando
Christelle Kafando, holds a Master's degree in Sociology and is a research assistant in the "population and health" research unit at the Institut Supérieur des Sciences de la Population (ISSP) of the Université Joseph Ki-Zerbo. Her research interests include sexual and reproductive health, sexual and reproductive rights and gender relations. Methodologically, she mobilizes qualitative approaches in her research but has a background in quantitative approaches. Since 2015, she has been involved in research in the field of sexual and reproductive health, first at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD), then at the Institut Supérieur des Sciences de la Population (ISSP), where she participated in the action-research project "Responding to sexual violence against adolescents for a better respect of their sexual and reproductive rights in Burkina Faso" funded by the International Development Research Centre of Canada.
