Souleymane Ouédraogo

Souleymane Ouédraogo, a student in the final cycle of the Master of Research in Population Science at the Institut Supérieur des Sciences de la Population of the Joseph Khi ZERBO University. He holds a degree in statistics applied to social sciences and is preparing his thesis for the end of his training in Master of Research in Social Sciences. His interests in the field of social science research motivate his choices of academic and professional training, particularly in statistics and demography. As a supervisor, he led a data collection team for the project to promote the abandonment of child marriage in the Cascades region of Burkina Faso, by the NGO Save the Children, through support from Global Affairs Canada. In addition to his experience in quantitative data analysis, he has been involved in numerous studies on qualitative data collection and analysis. He has also conducted interviews, focus groups, and produced reports based on the analysis of qualitative data, both as part of his training and as part of the research projects in which he has participated.
